CED World Centre of Excellence for Destinations

The launch of the new version of the website was officially confirmed today by the CED’s Web Content Integrator, Ms. Natalie Fedorowicz. “It is critical for the CED to continually follow and keep pace with evolving technological norms related to the Internet by developing a clear, well-organized, and highly-informative website. This new version of the CED website supports the mission of the CED, to contribute to bring worldwide tourism destinations towards excellence” explains Ms. Fedorowicz.

The CED would like to invite all CED partners and SMED destinations to visit and explore the new features of its website at: www.ced.travel. Moreover, all are welcome to subscribe to CED news updates via email, and follow the CED on Facebook and Twitter. 

About the CED

The CED is a non-profit organization dedicated to the research and creation of tools to support the development of sustainable tourism for destinations around the world. With its headquarters located in Montréal, the CED began operations in February 2007. The CED has signed partnership agreements with the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the National Geographic Society (NGS), George Washington University (GWU), the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), atmosfair gGmbH, Canada Economic Development for the Quebec regions, the Ministère du Tourisme du Québec and the Ministère des Affaires Municipales, des Régions et de l’Occupation du territoire.
